I created Centered Self to give you a space to lighten your load, gain free time, gain confidence, and GLOW. Years ago, I struggled to find the “me” in my life. And, felt plenty of guilt for wanting time for myself, while stumbling through the roles of mom, wife, teacher, and writer. Today, I share personal lessons that have helped me “Glow” from the inside-out. Giving me room to breathe and time for the things I love. Most importantly, I’ve discovered how to create a life that deeply reflects what matters to me.
That’s what happened to Hamidah. In less than 6 months, she went from having a schedule that was out of control, with no personal time, to having 4 hours every Thursday for movies and manicures. The best part. . . now that she’s filled herself up, she has the energy to give with a passion she’s never known.
